    Welcome
Hi back to you and welcome. The first post is the hardest. I like the swan picture, especially the look of the water in the background. You got nice detail with the wet feathers and water drops. clap.gif
The last time I tried to get close to a baby swan, a very angry one with a mean reputation (his name is Sweety) chased after me.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Great captures, both. Love the eyes of the dog. :):

How do you get close enough to a baby swan to shoot it?headscratch.gif

    Nice to have you aboard.thumb.gif

The signet is beautiful... Love those babyswans. As long as the parents are a bit out of sight, they look out for their chicks and can bite in a nasty way.
Great swan shot you have here

    Thanks for the friendly welcomes.

Here's some more of those swans...

The swans were reasonably friendly, especially when you're armed with fresh bread.
