Here at work I have several people tell me that when they get to a gallery, all they see is the gallery title and the description, but no photos.

It's like it just gets stuck.

This problem is on machines running XP, and it happens with IE v6 & v7, and FF v3.5.4

Can ya'll see the photos in here...

They have security blocking javascript, is the problem, or they have javascript disabled. Have them write our Support Heroes we'll help 'em out thumb.gif

    Qarik,

I am sitting at a co-workers machine and I can see pics on your website, but not my own.

Do I have some freaky code on my website.

I had the same issue on my machine for my pictures. Like it was stuck. I could see the pictures if I switched the style to Thumbnails but not the standard smugmug view (thumbs and one big picture). The nice smug people sent me a fix (to make smugmug a trusted site). Not sure how that will help anyone else that can't see pictures though.

I can see them just fine on my computer too. However, earlier today when I was at work, using my co-workers machine, I could see the pics on Qarik's site in one window, and in another window with my site running, it was stuck. :cry:cry:cry

I am concerned because who knows how many people are unable to view my products.

So what is the difference between the two? It's not my co-workers computer, it must be a Smugmug problem. And I consider anything not working on my site to be a Smugmug issue. I'm not a code monkey ne_nau.gif I wish I were. My site would look a lot better. :D

I have looked at the code on both sites to see what the difference may be, but I can't figure it out.

Why does Qarik's site work, and not mine? headscratch.gifscratchheadscratch.gif

Eddie, you have a lot of customizing, let's start there - post this issue in the customizing forum, and let the experts examine your code for bugs.
