I emailed the help desk. Waiting for a response. My customer ordered an 8X10 and got white borders. This is the image

I added it to my cart, did no cropping and it came out without borders. When I went back and looked at her order, the print shows white on either side. Would the printer have assumed a wider crop and done this? It is to proper aspect ratio 1.5-1. It is a closeup of a quarterback, head to toe and the 8X10 appears to work. Tight but it works.

Thanks,
Carden

Emailing the help desk and posting here means we have to do double the work - you don't want that I'm sure :D

    Absolutely I don't
You guys have enough to do.

Rich got back to me with a concise explanation and his help couldn't have been better.

I don't usually use the term but 'my bad' seems appropriate.

    Thanks Andy
