If I wanted to design a gallery and make a .sfw (flash file) is there a way to make that my gallery instead of options Smugmug offers us? Also if I were to do this, is there a place i can get the coding so I can still use the SM shopping cart?

Well, you could certainly create a standalone gallery with no photos that features a SWF file (not hosted at SmugMug) in the Album Description. Something like this:

And if the Flash viewer you were using allowed links, you could even include a link to the photo in a regular SmugMug gallery where the cart would work for ordering.

It's a bit of a kludge, and while Flash galleries sometimes look cool and all, I personally don't think it's worth the trouble. (I just created the hacks to make the Airtight stuff work as a programming exercise.)
