My favorite is probably #2 - though I think it could use a bit of cropping to bring that lone rock to the bottom 1/3 of the frame and the horizon higher up
the horizon is in the middle for all the shots and, while that 'rule' is made to be broken, I'm thing these compositions might be stronger by putting the horizon in the top 1/3 of the frame
As for the angle, I think 2 strikes the best balance given the sea conditions. With a very calm ocean, you can definitely go very low and let the water go to the horizon. With the waves, however, the horizon gets broken a bit and the eye wants to see more of the water (or at least mine does ).

I think it's easy to get carried away with the beautiful colors in a sunset. However, without some other subject to keep the viewer interested, nice colors don't really make interesting photos.
