First attempt at night shots.

I went down to the casinos to try my hand at night photography. This is what I came up with. I shot this free hand though, will be buying a tripod very soon.

    Nice patterns! I would have cropped out the round thingie in the foreground though.

    Yes, if you're going to do low light stuff you definitely need a decent tripod. This way you can use low ISOs to avoid noise and still end up with a sharp image (long shutter speeds and handheld don't mix well).

    As for the shot, I like the composition. I agree with Al that you could crop out the foreground a little.

    Hi Ryan ...... good shot, using a tripod will ensure your image is nice and crisp.

    Thanks for the comments. I hope to get alote more practice at night shots soon because I think they look very cool.
