Thanks Brian! I did try, and failed... The tamron can do good shots, but is slow as frozen molasses on a cold winters night in the antartic.

Thanks Annabella!

I too like #1 better; more pop than #2. A tighter crop and levels might make it pop. The clarity in both shots is great, I don't know how you guys/gals do it. Must be nice to just go out back and find these cool subjects; I had to fly 2000 miles to find some and ended up having too many of them find me.
Thanks for sharing,
Chris

Thanks Chris, and I agree with your post recommendations. I have some theories as to why there are so many good photo ops up here... It's called WINTER! Long, hard, brutally cold winter. When spring/summer arrives everything litterally comes out of the woodwork... That and mother nature perhaps pitties us and throws us a bone "Hahaha, ok you've suffrered enough, here some nice bugs to shoot"
Thanks for your comments Chris!

I always have trouble with yellows:cry
Cincinnati Smug Leader
Thanks John, I agree yellows can be a tough one to get right. When I was doing post work I tried the ole "auto color" and...hehehe ewwwwwwwwwww!! Took a bit of work to get it anywhere near good. Thanks again!
