The morning started with scattered frost, and I had to search hard to find a single specimen to photograph. No frost on the dragonfly, but lots of tiny dewdrops.
#1 Sympetrum corruptum 3-shot stack made with Zerene.
#2 5-shot stack made with Zerene. Up close, there are artifacts around some of the drops' edges. Maybe not enough slices?
#3 3-shot stack made with Zerene.
#4 Only a 2-shot stack, after it had warmed up a bit and she cleared off her eyes.

I actually often stack shots with droplets in by hand again using the repair brush in photoshop to transfer in focus parts from one shot to another.

I'd love to try stacking. It seems uber complicated to me though.
