All shot with D300, many with Nikon 28mm AIS and processed with CNX2 and Silver Efex Pro (except #6 which is all CNX2)

Thanks Rui. #6 was shot with the Nikon 105/2.8 AIS, #1 with a Nikon 55/3.5 AIS, the other ones with the 28/2.8 AIS. All MF of course.
