I realized that we are pretty much bug free here in NW Nevada. After spending a week in central Tennessee, I'm thinking I can do without the bug macros in place of peace. I didn't know about chiggers before my vacation and I'm still recovering from many bites:scratch. I spent a few hours on bug hunts and came across some cool bugs. Not the sharpest of macros, but some of my best to date.
A crab-like spider on the roof of a car:
Grasshopper, snatch this stone from my hand:D. I liked the colors on this one.
Now, if I can only stop the scratching.
Thanks for looking and please send a scrath my way,
Chris
Ahh, that's nice.

When I walked past the car and saw his reflection, I just had to get the shot. I remember not long ago some of your bug reflection shots and that inspired me to give it a try.
Thanks for the comment and inspiration,
Chris

Can't say I like spiders, but I do like to shoot them.
Thanks again for the comment,
