Sorry...in my gallery they were showing up very large because I uploaded large jpegs. I made them smaller .gifs and that worked better. I'm totally new at this so please bear with me. Thanks
By default, the pictures will resize to fill whatever browser you are using. (If you change the size of your browser window, then the photos will change size.) You can set the maximum display size of pictures in your galleries via an option in the Gallery Customisation.
In general, I would recommend that you upload your full-size photos to Smugmug. (And if you do any local resizing, then I would not recommend .gif files, since these have a very limited number of colours, and tend to degrade the photo quality.)
