We have what they call Bra's on Broadway for breast cancer awareness. Took a few photos this last week-end.

They dress them up too :)

    Hi Andrew,

I used my 10-22 on the first photo. Love that lens clap.gif

The second photo was just to show how some decorate the bra's. Some have memory notes on them too, but couldn't get a photo of one. When they started this it was just in the front of the building, but now it's wrapped around to the side too.

Thanks for taking a look and commenting :D

A novel idea for a very worthy cause. thumb.gif Great shots. I've been looking at that lens myself. Might be time to jump.

    Hey Mary Kim,

Back in my college days, my fraternity used to stage bra and panty raids. I saw that first picture and immediately dropped to my knees.

    Take care,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    Hi Brad,

People are always stopping, taking a look and I'm sure thinking of someone they knew who has had to deal with some kind of cancer.

Thanks for taking a look and commenting :D

    Howdy Craig,

I tried getting that shot with my 24-105 and it was a no-go so I pulled out the 10-22. Worked out wonderful. When in a pinch it seems to work just fine.

Glad you liked them and your so right....a worthy cause thumb.gif

It is an eye-catching subject rolleyes1.gif Some people walk by just shaking their heads till they find out why they're hanging there.

When I was really young, they were part of the unmentionables, when I was in my 30s you were burning them, now I'm 70 and your hanging from the top of buildings for a cause.......HOpe I'm around to see what you all do next with them.....:D

    Hi Azzaro,

Amazing the societal changes the bra has gone through.

Thanks for taking us down memory lane -- made me think back to the days of halter tops, going bra-less and my Mom not liking it at all rolleyes1.gif

Knowing how society works, Azzaro, things'll eventually go full circle and bras will be worn for support. mwink.gif
