Virtual copy move to another gallery?

Before I embark on a series of making copies of my best shots and moving them to a 'best of' type gallery, is there a facility yet in the tools section to "make a virtual copy and move' or 'move a virtual copy'??

i.e. not have to actually copy but be able to populate a new gallery with virtual copies, all in ONE STEP?

Knowing me I might be looking staright at it but not seeing it....
