The 9th Rally of the Tests

Here are some shots of The 9th Rally of the Tests a vintage car rally held in Dumfriesshire, Scotland on Saturday 31st Oct 09. All participants including marshalls dressed up in the 1950's clothes caps and cravats etc. This was a two day event held at a number of stages and included cars from the Netherlands and Germany.

I am having problems pasting these photos as soon as I almost have them finished the screen jumps back to the Sports list and I have lost them. I have tried several times and the same happens. I will try again tomorrow and see what happens.

Thanks Scott for looking and replying. They didn't seem to mind and the speeds they were getting up to was quite unbelievagle.

I have an Australian classic car, it won't leave the garage if it looks like rain!
I have to ask, how far back were you standing? Did you get any mud on your gear? My camera is like my car ...maybe I'm a "dirt-a-phobe"
I love shot 5, how often will you see a Rolls or Bentley playing in the mud?

I was quite near but managed to keep my gear clean. Everyone remarked on the Bentley. In all I managed to save around 200 shots and these are only a fraction of the different old cars. As I say it is a two day event starting in England and going through various forests and stages ending at Peebles in Scotland.
