Customer can't see photos in gallery

I'm hoping this is an easy fix. A customer called this morning saying that she can get to the gallery which pulls up her daughter's name, but then cannot see the pictures. It is password protected & she has the correct password. We even tried taking the password protection off, but that didn't help.

She is trying to access the pictures from a work computer. Would it make sense that they have some sort of security that would let her see everything but the pictures?

I'm hoping to look like a hero by having an answer. Any ideas?

    Her work location is likely blocking javascript, or images, or SmugMug. She's welcome to write us at the help desk, we can troubleshoot if you wish.
