- What do you think: does this fit the theme?

- Is it interesting or good enough for a contest?

Thank you in advance,

As a truck driver, I enjoy looking at this photo and feel it definitely is theme worthy. But me being new, maybe I'm not up to date if filling the frame is more specific then what my interpretation of it is. Nice pic though. Thanks for sharing.:D

Definately fills the frame. What is in the right side of the frame? Is this shot into the sideview mirror, or is that something else? I was thinking a stonger rendition would be to have the mirror holding the image where just a bit more than the mirror is visible -- sort of grey the line on the object being the mirror or the object in the mirror. I like the gritty semi and the grey day. thumb.gif

Agreed...I either want to see a little more of the mirror or none at all. I don't know if i'm excited about it for the challenge but it's definitely a cool shot! This is going to be a tough one...the theme is so broad!

I see what you did! You shot this out of your mirror. rolleyes1.gif

The shot fits the theme and I like the processing. But I keep wanting to see more of the front of the truck rather than the side.

I think you can do better. deal.gif

I like your treatment on this. It almost has a painting sort of look to it, at least on my laptop monitor. The mirror edge on the left is a little distracting to me though.

It's an OK shot, but the tires bother me.
I don't feel that if the truck is moving, that I should be able to read the writing on the tires, or see the tread.
Kind of like stopping the props on a plane that's in flight, it looks like it should drop from the sky because nothing's turning.
