Just a quick note to say thanks to all those Smugmug team members working behind the scenes to make things better and better. On yeah, there will be (and have been) bumps here and there. But the one thing I really appreciate is the attitude of service, service, service. Not only that, but the ability to communicate openly and honestly about issues and resolves. BTW, you (Smugmug team) could write a "Customer Service" manual.

Bottom line, I appreciate the way you guys back me up (and everyone else here) and endeavor to make my photo sharing goals as painless as possible . . .
