Question about the cool "Contact Superhero" feature

So while working on figuring out a few little questions, I contacted a Support Superhero. When I go the response, I saw something cool in the thread; lots of information in the email that is sent to the support team:

I answer e-mail that come through our website for my day job, and getting this information would be great, is this data on off the shelf solution or did the SmugMug Sorcerers come up with this solution.
