Which Diffuser for school gyms?

Hey!

I am 15 yrs and i am going to be taking photos of "Battle Of The Sexes" in my school gym. I have the SB600. I am going to be useing it on my flash not off camera. If there a good diffuser you recommend for all my shots that i need to take in the gym?

Lumiquest Big Bounce, promax sys, softbox or ultra bounce..... and to save money....maybe buy a second....they work perfectly well

I would actuall do that with an Ultra bounce or Softbox......

You will need a Lumiquest cinch strap for most of Lumiquests diffusers except the Ultra Bounce and that maybe the way to go this time..................

A "scoop" modifier is ideal for locations with high ceilings, like a gymnasium. What I use is based on this:

A betterbouncecard is the way to go. Or just a foam card from Michael's craft store and a rubber band, works very well.
