Home Page Clean-Up

BobKnightBobKnight Registered Users Posts: 4 Beginner grinner
I would like to clean up my home page: http://bobknight.smugmug.com/ and get rid of the intrusive titles such as: Bob's home and Bob's galleries etc.

Can anyone help me with this? I would certainly appreciate any help.

Thanks!

Bob K

I'd like to clean it up a little, but even moreso .. I'd like the ability to have a "changelog" or small area that I can type up a small bulb, for example:

7/29/05 - Added "My Family" & Wife's Family" to People category, updates to pet albums, and new Jeep pic.

Things like that. How would I go abnouut instituting that?

I have a couple of suggestions. You could add something like that to your bio so it's always on the home page, or you could do something like I have done and make a link to updates in your custom header. Putting it in the bio would be the easiest.

I don't know if you're already using the Bio section, but that's what I use for a changelog. You can see it here: http://www.ruama.com

Was there any answer to the original question? I have the same concern at: http://hutchins.smugmug.com
I would like to remove the 'Hutchins home' notation above my featured galleries.

This is the wrong forum to post this question to, but if you wait a while our new homepage will be out and you can use CSS to turn things on and off.

Sorry about the confusion.. but I didn't post the original question. I assumed that I wasn't the first to ask this and found this post. I will keep digging in the forum. I am sure that others have asked this before.

Also, thanks for the 'heads up'.
