Shot my first HS football game ever

I had the opportunity to shoot a HS football this week. I can now appreciate how hard it is to get really good football shots at night. No Flash!! ISO 5000

    nicely done.. man look like the place has nice lights.. not like the places i have to shoot..

    You captured some great moments.

    safe to assume you used the 400mm to get the shot of them coming through the paper banner?

    This place has terrible lights! Only 4 small banks (2 on each side). I had to use ISO 5000 most of the time to get anything. Love the D3 and Noise Ninja.

    yes i missed the iso 5000 the first time i read.. 3200 is all i have .. and i have to agree with cr8ingwaves try some wrestling... it a blast but most of the time dark...
