Multiple subjects
Although the image fills much of the frae, there are too many subjects. I am also distracted by the people in the background.

You could consider cropping to focus on just one person to fill the frame.

I'm nobody, but I like the three guys; they span the ages, so fill the frame with time. Maybe are you really good at photoshop and can make the people in the background sort of fade away? or crop most of them out?
It's a nice photo, good for reminding us of veterans day.

Another nobody here. I didn't even notice the background at first viewing. Saw the three subjects and that was it. Had to go back afterwards and re-view and still drawn to the three.

I really like this one. I agree though that the background is somewhat distracting. Nice image.

I do like the span of ages between the three men. I'd say maybe some blur with the people in the background to make them less noticable. My only other nit would be maybe a little more contrast? The higher contrast might help with the difference in ages too...contrast the image with contrasting their ages? I dunno...
