Digikam captions to Smugmug

Hi guys

I'm new with Smugmug so perhaps I just missed an important page to read - if that's the case just direct me in the right direction :-)

I use Digikam on Ubuntu together with Smugmug. It's so easy to upload pictures to Smugmug but how do I get my already entered captions (in Digikam) with me to Smugmug? Is it a setting in Digikam or perhaps somewhere in Smugmug?
