I like the first one the best of this lot. It has a nice combination of interesting subject, composition, colour, and contrast. Thanks for sharing these.

I like them all...but the last one is one that I really love. I've not a clue what's in the water with the seagull, but it looks like grass/weeds. I can just see it moving in the water thumb.gifthumb.gifthumb.gif

    Morning Mary,

Thanks very much, It was like sea grass, thick and would swirl around with the tides and current.

    Yo Craig,

More good stuff. I can see where a real close-up of those grasses in the water would have made a real sureal picture.

    Take care,

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    Wowsa Craig!

These are all great but that first one is really special. Somehow I missed that little church and graveyard when I was there. Thanks for sharing.

    Howdy Jack,

The Graveyard and Church was the first set of images we took.

I think it's from Margret's Bay, right before Peggy's Cove. We came in a different route that I had orginally thought, and was turned arounded on where we were exactly, of course that's a pretty normal state:D:D:D

That looks so neat. I like how you kept some water in it. I'd blow it up some and print it out thumb.gif

Every little swirl you look at one gets a different feeling. Kinda looks like an old man's toupee that hasn't been settled down yet rolleyes1.gif

    Toupee's of the Sea thumb.gif

Thanks for posting a crop version :)

    Wow .... gotta love IR
They are all fantastic but the range and contrast in the first one are just incredible. Nice work! I have a D40x that I'm considering converting for IR, now I'm considering harder :)

    Howdy Jim,

Thanks very much, have to give 99% of the Credit to Nova Scotia!!!

I have been shooting with a modded camera since about Sept 06, and have loved every min of it.

When I had my D70S converted there was only LifePixel, which they still are one of the top modders, but now Jim Chen is also doing a lot of mods, with very good results, and very happy Customers. Jim is also quite a bit less expensive.

So, no excuses now<G> I look forward to seeing your first images:D:D:D
