A few shots from this past week-end at the SMAC (Southwest Michigan Athletic Conference) East Division Championships. All shots were with my D300 w/70-200 AFS, f2.8 @ 1/320-1/500, ISO 1200.
The lighting was good, although the bright sunlight streaming thru a glass block wall on one side made it interesting to adjust exposures.

C&C Always Welcome:D

1. I have to put this one first. This is my Freshman diver and I am so proud of her. She finished 7th and qualified for the Regional Championships next week. :D :wink :clap :rofl

I can appreciate the hard work of getting good images with so many mirrors aka water around your subjects and not the best lights. Can you give us some of the settings?? I had a hard time a few weeks ago with early morning water polo and the changing pool light with the semi open roof. I did my best in that to avoid the motion blur and on a few there appears to be some.. The shutter speed looks to be a little slow...
