Category case sensitive?

Is the category supposed to be case sensitive?

For example I have a gallery at

http://www.danalphotos.com/Other/xyzzy/10297905_b5SNm

This takes me to the gallery

http://www.danalphotos.com/Other/xyzzy

This takes me to the home page

http://www.danalphotos.com/other/xyzzy
