Got my Ducks in a Row

Literally. I recently did an engagement shoot in a park with a duck pond...with the following result. The two leaves hanging down almost act as arrows pointing to the couple. I can't decide if they distract or enhance the image. But I sure like the ducks. More images on my blog here.

Nice shot!! Personally I would clone out the two leaves. If it were the other way around and the leaves were out of focus and the couple in I would probably like the effect. since your subject is oof the eye gravitates to what is in focus and the leaves grabbed me first.

    My $.02

***edit*** that is to say just the 2 leaves and the stem, or possibly the other small clump hanging from the right. Otherwise the leaves in focus is fine imho.

I really like this shot, but I'll throw my opinion on the leaves with Matt...clone um.

Yeah, I agree...I went ahead and removed the leaves...just the ones that were distracting.

Welll.... hate to throw a monkey wrench in there. But I like the leaves.

Beautiful shot... leaves or no leaves!
