Hi there,

Lately my Firefox crashes everytime i select a gallery to look at within the 'add photos' menu item. I beleive it has to do with the required certificate as it crashes just before the javaenabled add photos box appears. Any ideas on how I can force the prompting of the certificate so I can re-download it?

Thanks and I look forward to your reply.

We have found that updating your current installation of java will typically resolve this issue.

Follow these steps to make sure your java is up to date for a PC:

    1) Go to http://www.java.com

    2) Click on "Do I have Java?" and wait for the test to run.

    3) Follow the steps to get the latest version of Java if you need it.

If you have a Mac, it is even easier, just click on the Apple Menu and run the "Software Update" to get the latest version of Java.

Please let us know if you continue to have problems.

    Thanks Andy.clap.gif

My Java was up to date (I use Mac)

But I had to do some tweaking in the Java preferences. I was using Java 5 before Java 6 in the applet plugin. When I tweaked it to use Java 6 before 5 it worked fine. Thanks for the hint here.
