Any one have any insight in to what is going on with smugmug lately? it seems like every time I log in to my site it's in limited mode or whatever they call it, and when it's not it is still messing up, tonight I logged in and going in to my galleries half of the images are not loading properly in thumbnails, and then they aren't loading at all when I click on them...

I pay to much money to be putting up with this, it looks horribly unprofessional to my customers if my site is always broken. If this doesn't stop I will be looking in to other hosting options when my account comes up for renewal.

Hi, we had regularly scheduled maintenance last night, http://smugmug.wordpress.com we publish it there on our status blog.

Can we have a link to your site to see what's up? ear.gif

SmugMug is fully operational right now. I'll help you as soon as I can, standing by!

my site is http://www.stevenszabophoto.com it appears to be working again now though, which is odd because it wasn't working properly when I posted this thread literally 5 minutes ago...which I guess is kind of the point of the post in the first place. It's not that it's ALWAYS down, or that it's always not working properly, but when I have people looking at my site complaining that it's not working, and then it works when they go to try it again after talking to me they get frustrated, and assume I'm being dishonest with them about the fact that I have no idea what was going on.

I believe it was tuesday of this week mid day I had a client over that was trying to get me to do up a poster and we went to log in to my site to grab a few of the photos he wanted to use and my site said it was temporarily limited or whatever it is called(can't remember the wording, just remember being frustrated)...in that case it worked out because I did the rest of the design and by the time I was done the site was back up so I could grab it, but if someone was coming over to get a single print done, it seems like smugmug might not be the right package to go with for reliability here is I guess what I'm getting at, and when I'm paying 15% of my sales plus $150 a year, I would assume it should be.

If it's something in my coding I can live with being told that too btw :P I just want it to work properly
