Fall Cemetery - Which Angle?

I took these shots, but I can't decide what angle is better. The first one has better color showing in the trees above, but the second seems to draw me into the picture more - any votes? C&C always appreciated!

I would take the first one for the composition, but the second one for the exposure!

I would say the exact opposite

I prefer the lower angle of the second one but the exposure of the first. Go figure.

Now you need a tie-breaking opinion

Both are great shots. I think the prefered shot would depend on what you wanted the main focus of the photo to be.

The first you notice the lane and the foliage first, the headstones second. The opposite is true for me in the second. I first notice that you were in a cemetary, and second it was fall.

No expert - but overall I prefer the second. I like the exposure in the second the most.
