I like the modified dog better. But I don't know if it is strong enough after looking at aspecto's, greensquared's, and nightpixels' entries.

I don't know if mine are strong enough either. But I'll enter something anyway.

Well, they are pro's and I cannot compete, but this is just a way to challenge myself...

I really like this one!

I just took some pictures of milkweed last week, but they are not as good as this.

BTW, did you know that it is one of the Monarch butterfly's favorite food?

Ooh, I didn't know

We have here across the street in a field a bunch of them and I really took a lot of shots,
in the morning first and yesterday I thought to take some in the afternoon.

Somehow I found the afternoon light is much nicer that the one in the morning.
... maybe very early in the morning it, is but I'm not exactly that kind of early person

Good photos. I really like the schnauzer shots, but I have one and am biased . Love the expression, though.

This is awesome!!! not only the composition, the foucs, but the late afternoon sun...

I know you love your doggie shot and he is a cutie (and the second edit is much better) but this blows it away!

Oh, thank you so much Trish. Yes, I really loved the doggie photo - it's not my dog though,
I saw it in the street, but I loved his expression
- however, because it was taken from far (from actually across the street) I didn't have
all the needed details on his fur, so, I decided to look for something else.
