Brief Highlights...

Or perhaps better saying "Brief EYE Lights"...

This is a little spider and this was the one and only photo I got of it before it scurried away. Even on this one I was almost lied flat on the floor in the garden to to get it it as near to eye level as I could. Couldn't get the focus any better or sharper than this, and had to rotate it a bit to get it a tad nearer to being level, though not perfectly so, and cropped a bit too.

Had to use Live View because I couldn't have got any lower to get to the viewfinder, and with such limited operating conditions, this is the only thing I managed. Apart from the empty hole in the brick after it had scooted.

C&C as always.

LIke it- makes a rather nice "scenic" macro.
Re the rotation - I quite often do the opposite- purposely take shots at an angle or rotate ones that are too straight. Someone pointed out on this forum that for subjects with straight lines, they often look more interesting taken at a 20 or 30' angle.

Something to bear in mind Brian. I think this is still off straight anyway, so maybe that has helped its composition a touch.
