I'm not easily wowed, but this did the trick. If you have broadband do yourself a favor and check out Google Earth. It's right here, it's free, it's amazing! :thumb

    Been on it for a few days (10 meg D/load people) & its just fantastic.

    I can zoom in on the old farmhouse i grew up in & dams on our dirt farm in the middle of nowhere in 0z.

    I still cant find Uluru though.

    Got it !! Thats it on the right

    Uluru from 48 klms up (thats 30 miles for that country on our right)

    For the uninitiated its just a big fat rock sitting in the middle of nowhere.

    Their Maps and Satellite were not originally Mac compatible but they did promise and complete that work. Google at least puts the Mac on their to-do list, which is more than some other developers do.
