    While #1 is an excellent composition, #2 has the atmospheric element that shrouds the Taj Mahal in mystery. I think #2 does a better job at capturing the nature of the Taj Mahal and therefore it's my preferred composition.

    Both are lovely - but for me - #1 catches my eye the most!

    The first image is an easy one. Anyone can do it. A cliché.mwink.gif
    And so is the second one. Really. :D

    I thought shooting the 1.st picture this way some weeks before being on there.

    Not the other one. I wanted to use the 70-200 but I couldn't as I was too near of my target. I really would like to have used the 200mm with the 20D. :cry

    Under my point of view, Karl is right about the atmospheric element. I do think that it is an important part of the picture.

    The mist was there. It is not made by me. It belongs to the dry season...
