I was across the street from theses two ladies.
The lady with the basket, some say was a judge, she's now homeless.

You may have a nice image here, Shers, though it's hard to tell because it's so small. I would recommend posting larger photos (maybe 700-800px on the long edge) to make it easier for everyone to see and critique.

This photo holds a little interest to me but I can't see any reason for it to be in color. I would recommend a B&W conversion to see if it's not a little less distracting.

Hi Shers. I'm by no means a street guru, but if the lady is the subject she needs to be in the frame, and not something that one might consider cropping. The guy on the bench seems to be the subject.

    Thanks for the critique.
I still use film and for my B&W.
I will upload one of my B&W.
I have never convert digital color to black and white, maybe I’ll try it.
Thanks for the instructions on how to upload (thought I followed it) lol.:cry

Well, I think the "guy" on the bench is a woman, but otherwise I agree with you completely.rolleyes1.gifrolleyes1.gif The subject here looks like an afterthought. It strikes me that if the story is that times are tough in the shooters town, moving in on the subject, getting around to show her face, and show her with her cart against the front of the vacant store, would be much more effective.
