The making of "A Quantum Solace" Bond movie

I realize that most of the dgrinners here are pro or semi-pro and all the posted pics are great. We don't come near the level of competence and our equipment is only just above the consumer average... but we live an interesting life aboard our sailboat Jedi (the people doing this call themselves cruisers) which leads to some pretty unique opportunities for shots. Because we ain't good at it, we shoot thousands and delete nearly all of them but that leaves some nice ones ;-)

When they were shooting the "Haiti" footage of this Bond movie they were actually doing that right next to our boat in Panama. Here's a perfect example of a bad shot (wrong exposure and dirt cheap camera) which becomes a perfect shot when you consider what you see. These two are the stand-in's by the way ;-) It should link to the gallery with some better quality shots too:
