How can I make the pics stay in order ?

    It depends on what you mean by order. There are several options for sorting based on filename, etc under the Gallery Settings (Tools-->Gallery Settings).

    If you're talking about preserving upload order, well, that can't be done. You can add a 001-999 in front of the filename of each image and then sort them by filename to achieve this.
