    Awesome stuff man. Great petroglyphs!

What could possibly be better than spending a day exploring in the Jeep and taking pictures with your son. Lucky guy! thumb.gif

I am cautious of giving out directions. Nothing against you personally, rather a matter of me not wanting you to be at risk. These are in the Gila River Indian Community and while I have never had an issue with the Police I know people who have. The way we entered this area there was no posted signs saying we could not. However the way we exited there were signs stating no trespassing punishable by fines and even confiscating your vehicle. I would hate for someone to go to a location I gave them directions too only to get into trouble while there.

If you are still interested I can PM you Coordinates and you can choose a route.

There are other sites in the area you might be interested in as well:
Near these Petroglyphs there is an 1800's rock house hidden in the mountains. I think I will be going back to that in the near future. This is in a Wilderness area and available to visit without risk.

    Casa Grande Ruins

Besh Ba Gowah has a luminary event December 20th - I will be attending that. deal.gif

Tonto National Monument - SE side of the Superstitions

There are also Petroglyphs in South Mountain and White Tanks but I am not familiar with their locations.
