FS: 40D + BG-E2 + Extra Batteries + CA-PS400

It's in great condition, I bought it new and have been the only owner. I carried it in a hard plastic Pelican case everywhere it went. I would estimate that it has approximately 20,000 clicks on it.
I'm selling it because I got a 7D and I can't afford to keep both right now, but it was and still is a *great* camera in perfect working condition.
I put in a Canon EF-D focusing screen to give the viewfinder a light grid, nice for helping you to take photos horizontal or vertical so you spend less time straightening on your computer.
I have 3 authentic Canon BP-511A batteries, and a Canon BG-E2 battery grip / vertical shutter release and grip.
I also have a high-speed, dual battery charger for the BP-511A batteries, the Canon CA-PS400.
I have the original packaging for the 40D and the BG-E2, but not the CA-PS400. I have the original pack-ins for the camera, minus the audio-video cable and the manual, but the manual can be found on Canon's website very easily.
