Two different Watermarking's

I have done a search and didn't find what I was looking for Andy had one close but not the answer that I would like.
I have made two separate Watermarking's one for the landscapes and one for the Portrait's, now I have to go to each Gallery and remove the one that doesn't fit and then put the one that does fit on it.... it seems to be a long process and I don't even have a large Website, when I do it's going to be brutal. Well! that said is there anyone that has figured out a solution to this yet.
Is the possiblity of not putting a watermark on in the first place then going to the Gallery and doing it at that time the best way for me to go about this, doing it once and not again (maybe!)

Oh! another thing is, I sometime in an gallery, sub, have a photo that doesn't or won't watermark and it doesn't show in the watermarking area, seems like its been copied there or something of that nature
