Ever wondered how your house looks from a "total stranger" point of view? :wink
Let's create an image of a real estate property (your own, or a friendly neighbor) for the potential "For Sale" flier that would immediately up the ante 10..20 grand. :rofl
Recommendations: sweet/honey hour, all lights on (use extra strobes if you have them:-), tripod, multiple exposures over the course of 30..45 minutes around the sundown.
For an extra credit create a whole flier (not necessary to use real address in the text:-)
