I just ordered one for my self and one for all of my clients as a small thank you / Holiday gift.
Mine arrived today. The packaging was a little weird. It came in a styrofoam cube taped across the middle, with a big smugmug sticker that said, and I'm slightly paraphrasing here - "Thanks for buying Smugmug prints." It actually said "prints", which was a little weird. It came taped across the center of the cube and I had quite a time getting it out. I knew it was a mug and I was paranoid about cutting through the tape and scratching it with the blade I needed to get it out.
The quality of the mug is good. What you'd expect, with a nice glossy finish. And it came with 4 packets of cocoa. Nice! In with the case was a "receipt" of some sort. Hard to explain. It did not have a price on it. It would be great if this wasn't included. There is really no purpose for it. I threw it out. I'm sure others will too.
I chose to put my logo on it, with my business name and web site. Unfortunately the image is slightly crooked. Oy. I noticed it immediately. I hope my client's mugs show the logo straight. It's too late now, they're all on the way.
Lou, if you need a reprint, just email our heroes and we'll send a new one - if the print is not level (we need to look, that's all, so pls send order # ot our heroes). We guarantee everything, Lou,
We'll see about new stickers that don't say prints for non-prints

I'm not going to worry about returning it. It's not THAT crooked. Just enough for me to notice. But I see stuff like that. You know how that goes.
And ok, I just tried the cocoa. It's excellent! And I'm not big on packaged cocoas.
BTW, here's a pic of it, in case people are curious.
It's hard to tell from my mobile phone pic but the logo slopes from high to low going left to right. You can sort of see that the www is a bit higher than the .com. Again, no big deal for me.
On a seperate note, the handle of the mug is great. Nice and beefy. Sounds silly but it feels like a high quality mug in hand.
