Hi,
In my occasional quest to make my daily surf session fit your challenge topic, how about something like this? Falling up (or bailing out, but these days that doesn't have the right connotation). Theme worthy?

Though my happier accident this week was seeing dolpins take over the break for one wave. I was supposed to be taking pictures of people on top of the waves, not this.

I think #1 is theme worthy, but my first thought when I look at it is more 'wow' then 'oops'. So I think it just depends on what other entries are entered and of course what the judges think. Definitely excellent shots. I would love to have some stuff like that in my portfolio. :D

No problem. I could be wrong. There's been some discussion on interpreting the theme of this challenge, so maybe you'll get some different feedback from others. But if all else fails, I do think #1 one'll fit the theme.

I love both of them. That second one is incredible. What a great shot. I don't think I've ever seen anything like this before.

#1 looks like an oops to me.

I think #1 is very good, but I would suggest you to crop it more.

both are great captures! The first would be a bit stronger on the theme though. I agree that a tighter crop might make it be a little stronger composition.

#1 says Oops loud and clear to me and it is a fantastic shot.

#2 is just fabulous. I don't see if for this challenge but as a capture it is outstanding. I tried to think of ways you could title it to play on the concept that"oops" covers when we get something we don't expect, but I don't think that will work here. Happy accident, maybe. Oops, never!
