Power failure at the pub

There was not actually a power failure, but it was so dark that my husband
had to hold the candle to read the menu :)

- I quickly got the idea and told him to freeze in that position, while
I took the shot with a lens that actually didn't have an aperture larger than 4.0,
but with the maximum ISO I think I did it...

What do you think?

Personally, I like the last image in this thread (the first try for the challenge). It looks like that missed shot that was turned around into something more artful. That's my vote.

On the other two, I don't think the first image in this thread has enough context to give the "oops" moment. The police image follows suit in my opinion. I just don't think there is enough info in the image itself.

Thank you Joe. I think you are right about the other 2 images.

The first two in this thread seem kind of a stretch to me on the theme. But love the angle you put on the original! I think that would work great! IMO!thumb.gifthumb.gifthumb.gif Just gotta come up with a title that rocks!

#3. Really neat picture. With a good title, a strong entry.

Thank you so much for your comments.

If I don't find something else in the meantime, I'll go with this one :)
