My 18-200VR won't bokeh like this...
Rented a 24-70 2.8 for a photo shoot I have and decided to try it out on my son...he was less than thrilled.:dunno

I love the shots but I am of course pretty bias.

Would love some C & C.... especially #2, it is my favorite.

    #1 is pretty boring. He's right in the center of the frame and he couldn't look more unhappy.

    #2 is nice. I don't think kids always need to be smiling in pictures and that expression I'll bet is pretty normal for him. The area of leaves just to the left of his head is a little hot (bright) so you may want to tone that part down just a bit. Otherwise, very well done.

    I'm confused about the title though. A 24-70 f/2.8 is not a prime lens. ne_nau.gif

    a lil over saturated, but i think they're cool. the 2nd one is definately the better of the 2. good stuff! post more!
