Golden Portraits

Hello again,

I've been here for a short while, but haven't posted too much. I finally, after a bunch of reading, shooting, and making mistakes, have a round of portraits that I'd like to show y'all.

I shot these today out at the Manassas Battlefield. With a brand new reflector in hand, I decided to go out and take advantage of the golden hour.

I ran into a little dilemma that maybe y'all might know how to fix. I used a diffuser to shade her from the sun and the reduce squinting. But when I did, I lost a lot of the richness from the sun. So, there's a mix. A few with and a few without.

Of course, I'd welcome any C&C. I hope you like them.

Tom

composition on that last shot is great! lil tip i learned shooting girls... "chin up!" gives em a longer neck if their chins are up a lil bit. longer neck = more asthetically pleasing to most.

Thanks for the compliment and the tip. I didn't know about the chin-up.
