first time ever shooting a fashion show

definately went in green... read a few things here and there about "do's and don'ts..." but this ended up being a small scale shoot...got a few that i'm happy with...though, only about 30% done even going through the pics...have only exported 6 or 7 shots so far...

whatcha guys think?

thoughts? advice on future fashion show shoots that you think might be good to know?

Speaking as one who's never done a fashion show... the point of a fashion show is to showcase the designer's art, mainly the clothes. So the one where you photographed the whole outfit I'd bring down the exposure so that you can see the details and textures of the outfit. otherwise can't wait to see your favs after you've culd the rest.

i guess i could elaborate... it was a hair+makeup expose kinda thing. not clothing.

Ahh. Then #4 is the clear winner in the set.
#1 is missing a bit too much detail in the hair for me.
#2 is a nice candid, and love the makeup. Something about the rest isn't working for me, though.
#3 is my second favorite of the group.
