I just noticed that we can order greeting cards and other holiday type items. Searching the pricing pages for both EZPrints and Bay Photo, I don't see the greeting cards. Who makes them and how do I add them to my price list for my clients to order?

    Download option
Doing event photography, I want to allow my clients to download pictures right from my website to their computer for a price. How does the "Download" option work? I see there are different res images available for specific prices. I understand that "Original" will allow them to download the original size thus with a 10 mpix image they can make larger prints.

Low Res: What can be done with this quality?

High Res: What can be done at this level?

Thanks Andy for the information. If I use Bay Photo for my images, can I also use EZPrints just for the greeting cards?

I'm new to the pro account, trying to figure this stuff all out. Even after looking at the way to do custom Christmas cards (another thread) there are missing pieces for me.

    1. A person orders pictures, where does that information go? If we have to make the Christmas card, what does the buy option do? Can the person somehow pay the money then we delay the order, upload the card? Do we put a placeholder Christmas card and/or 5x7 card in place first in their gallery?
    2. How do we use EZprints for just the greeting cards if we have bay photo for the images. Are the greeting cards in a whole other gallery and if so, is there a gallery for each customer? I really don't get the logic of all of this. Is there a tutorial or help item where this is all spelled out for the newbie?

    Thanks!
