I like this one -- everyone is doing something different. I wish I lived where I could get photos like this.

A classic subway shot. Maybe crop a bit of the top/right?
    If not now, when?

    Thanks Mary Kim,
I gotta say I'm pretty lucky in that sense---there is always something going on around here. Subway is the perfect place, but the close quarters and the closed subway doors (no immediate fast exit) sometimes makes for uncomfortable shooting.

I got lucky with this one in that the subway was not crowded that day and I had a pretty open shot.

    Thanks Rutt,
Just to make sure--you think I should crop the subway doors out?

I'm not too bothered by the right side of the frame. but to Rutt's point, it is a slightly dead part of the image. I know you have computer issues right now, but I'm not happy with the B&W. It's dark and gets really muddy through the middle and left portions of the image.

What is intriguing is the hat on the man in the middle. The shadows make it look like a skewed top-hat. Cool. I always enjoy your shots.

You have no idea how much I hate this B&W conversion---mud I tell you.
But I was trying to get away from my b&w grainy setting on my camera (high contrast and blow outs--you know the deal)--I think I prefer my camera settings over this--but I posted it anyway just because I like the shot.

Looks great, but I think the bottom needs to be cropped as well... it looks like your knee is in the frame... or something that isn't supposed to be there. but, then it would crop his feet out.. maybe burn it so its darker and less noticeable?
