Here are 3 compositions of the same scene with different focal lengths. I was hoping for the sun to backlight some of the trees to create a focused light, but the clouds kept moving in front. I was a bit disappointed I didn't get the vision I wanted but I think they still turned out albeit a bit flat. Which one do you like best?...or maybe none ;) Thanks for your honest C/C.

#1 shot at 22mm....the clouds near the sun are blown I know, but I haven't run it through PS yet.

#2 shot at 45mm... the clouds really starting to roll in so I thought a tighter image would work.

#3 shot at 65mm....better still? I eliminated the fir tree on the right.

I'd prefer #2 with about the top half of the sky cropped off. The fir tree adds a splash of color that compliments the orange-ish bush better than just the bush.

I like the comp of #2 but love the sky from #1. The sunburst really adds something to it.
